In the unlikely event that you wish to return a poster, any return must be authorised, therefore the customer must email piccaposter@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be returned in the original packaging to protect it and must be received in a perfect and resalable condition. As long as this is the case, a refund will be issued within 2 working days of receipt of the returned goods.

All of our posters are shipped within 3 working days of receipt of order. We only ship within the UK for the moment. We use Hermes tracked service.
